ITA 2023
The ITHEA International Scientific Events on Informatics are the successor of the series of workshops and conferences organised by unique international scientific group.
The beginning was in the workshops organised within 1986-1990 by the International Workgroups (IWG) researching the problems of databases and artificial intelligence. As a result of tight relation between these problems in 1990 in Budapest appeared the International Scientific Work Group of Data Base Intellectualisation (IWGDBI) integrating the feasibility of information bases with the creative process support tools.
The IWGDBI had organised many scientific events which took place in several East European countries. The leaders of the IWGDBI were Prof. Victor Gladun (Ukraine) and Prof. Rumyana Kirkova (Bulgaria).
Starting from 1992 the international scientific co-operation had been organized by the Association of Developers and Users of Intellectualized Systems (ADUIS), Ukraine. It has played a significant role for uniting the scientific community working in the area of the artificial intelligence. To extend the possibilities for international scientific collaboration in all directions of informatics by wide range of concrete activities, in 2002 year, the Institute for Information Theories and Applications FOI ITHEA (ITHEA) has been established as an international nongovernmental organization. ITHEA is aimed to support international scientific research through international scientific projects, workshops, conferences, journals, book series, etc.
The achieved results are remarkable. ITHEA became worldwide known scientific organization. One of the main activities of the ITHEA was building the ITHEA International Scientific Society aimed to unite researches from all over the world who are working in the area of informatics.
Every year, ITHEA ISS organizes many scientific events called "ITHEA ISS Joint International Events of Informatics" (ITA).
ITA 2023 is the twenty sixth multi-conference organised by ITHEA.
